The great thing about Shea Gourmet Classic/Spicy Pickled Asparagus
or Classic/Spicy Beans is that they are an indulgence all by
themselves. A very tasty and healthy one at that. You don't need a
microwave, mixer or marinade to make them delicious! Our products
don't require Atkins or Weight Watchers to pass a litmus test of
approval. You can and not feel an ounce guilty because Shea Gourmet
products are typically a 'free food' on most diet plans--thank
goodness.
Having said that, we do have a few tried and true recipes that we
fancy with Shea Gourmet Classic/Spicy Pickled Asparagus or
Classic/Spicy Pickled Beans. Try any one of these or feel free to
