Ingredients for Italian Bundles
Shea Gourmet Pickled Asparagus 1-12 oz. jar (Classic or Spicy)
Thinly Sliced Prosciutto-- about 1/3 lb.
Optional--sharp cheese variety and sliced bread
Serves 6-8
Directions
Wrap Shea Gourmet Asparagus spear with one thin slice of prosciutto securing bundle with a toothpick. Arrange spears on plate. Serve with sharp cheese and sliced bread.

Ingredients for Bite of Italy
Shea Gourmet Pickled Asparagus 1-12 oz. jar (Classic or Spicy)
Fresh Mozzarella - about 1 lb. sliced into 1/4” rounds
Fresh tomatoes - 2 medium
Roasted Red Peppers - sliced
Serves 6-8
Directions
On a wide platter arrange asparagus, Mozzarella, tomatoes and red peppers in mounds. Drizzle good olive oil and asparagus brine on vegetables and marinate for 30 minutes prior to serving. Garnish platter with fresh basil and serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Ingredients for French Twist
Shea Gourmet Pickled Asparagus 1-12 oz. jar (Classic or Spicy)
Chevre Cheese about 1/2 lb.
French Baquette (demi-Baguette serves 3-6; full Baquette serves crowd)
Serves small or large crowd
Directions
Slice baguette on diagonal into 1/4” slices. Place on bread stone or cookie sheet and drizzle lightly with good olive oil. Bake in 300F oven till crispy, turning if necessary. Spread Chevre Cheese on bread and layer Shea Gourmet Asparagus spears.
