• How long do deliveries take?
We make every effort to ship your order promptly.
1. Standard Ground Delivery:
Please expect your order within 7-10 business days for in stock items.
2. Express Delivery:
Takes between 3-5 business days for delivery. During the Holidays expect it to be 5 days. Add $9.95 to Standard Ground Shipping Fees. Heavy or bulk items may not qualify.

Fees for Standard Ground Shipping are in the chart below. UPS is our preferred carrier. All shipping fees are calculated based on merchandise total. Additional fees may apply.

• What is your return policy?
We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with each purchase you make from Shea Gourmet. Therefore, each item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we will be happy to replace your item, provide you with a credit for the purchase of another Shea Gourmet product or a full refund of your purchase price not including shipping and handling.
If you wish to make a return, please send an email to the following address
returns@sheagourmet.com. Please be sure to include your name, email address, order number, the reason for your return, and if you would like the item replaced, prefer credit for the purchase of another item, or a refund. We will also be happy to issue you a refund your purchase based on the original method of payment.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
