There are several ways you can place an order.

• Use our fax line (425) 821 – 7675 to place an order.

Shea Gourmet, Inc. accepts:

1. Visa™ or Master Card™.

2. Check or Money Order. Personal checks must clear before order is shipped.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly.

1. Standard Ground Delivery:

Please expect your order within 7-10 business days for in stock items.

2. Express Delivery:

Takes between 3-5 business days for delivery. During the Holidays expect it to be 5 days. Add $9.95 to Standard Ground Shipping Fees. Heavy or bulk items may not qualify.

Fees for Standard Ground Shipping are in the chart below. UPS is our preferred carrier. All shipping fees are calculated based on merchandise total. Additional fees may apply.

An additional charge of $7.50 (per address) will be added for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Additional fees are charged for certain items, because of their weight and size. Specific items will be noted in the catalog or online.

Returns

We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with each purchase you make from Shea Gourmet. Therefore, each item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we will be happy to replace your item, provide you with a credit for the purchase of another Shea Gourmet product or a full refund of your purchase price not including shipping and handling.

If you wish to make a return, please send an email to the following address returns@sheagourmet.com. Please be sure to include your name, email address, order number, the reason for your return, and if you would like the item replaced, prefer credit for the purchase of another item, or a refund. We will also be happy to issue you a refund your purchase based on the original method of payment.
